Why we hope our baby is a girl...

Not completely finished, but this was what the baby's room looked like when we left China. There is a darker curtain to hang behind the colorful curtain (that Adam chose!) to keep the room darker during the bright and early summer days.

This room will look even more girly when we return to Shenyang, since we've started to accumulate even more girl items in the US. We do not have a preference about gender, but for the child's sake, we hope that this baby is a girl!

Two ultra sounds in Shenyang were concluded with, "probably a girl".
I have my first US ultra sound on Friday, and maybe-maybe-maybe we will be able to see if the baby is a boy or a girl.
